A host of Australian Country and Roots artists gathered at Nashville’s legendary Bluebird Cafe on Tuesday, September 7 for the official Aussie kickoff event at the annual Americana Music Festival and Conference. The evening featured intimate performances from emerging artists Luke Webb and Tenielle Musulin as well as big name Australian stars Sara Storer and Troy Cassar-Daley. 

The Australian artists have several events scheduled this week, including individual showcases for Cassar-Daley, Storer and Tommy Emmanuel, a free Aussie luncheon event at downtown landmark, The Second Fiddle, and the AMA conference panel, “What’s Up Down Under?”
