Canadian country stars Doc Walker, who have just been nominated for four Canadian Country Music Awards, are about to return to Australia and release their new album 16 & 1, featuring the new single 'Country Girl'.
Check out this "Raw, Live & Intimate"online video... iPhone diaries from Old School Studios in Westbourne, Manitoba, Canada, documenting the recording of Doc Walker's new album.
Doc Walker will launch the new album at the Oxford Arts Factory in Sydney on August 25. Some tickets are still aviailable.
They then play the Gympie Muster for the very first time as one of the international headline acts on August 26 & 27.

With their debut appearance as one of the international headline acts at the Gympie Muster just under two months away, Canadian country superstars Doc Walker are releasing a brand new single, ‘Country Girl’.
Sure to be a fan favourite at the festival, 'Country Girl' is the first single from the group’s new album, set for release on August 26… the same day they play at Gympie for the very first time.
Doc Walker’s most recently album Go, spent several weeks in the ARIA Country Top 20 when released last year, with the album’s hit single ‘If I Fall’ topping the CMC Top 30 Countdown.
‘Country Girl’ will be available digitally to buy from July 9, 2011.

We are of course talking about Lee Kernaghan and Dierks Bentley who recorded a track called 'Scars' and the song's music video has just been released to the world.
