Canadian country/rock group Doc Walker have returned to Canada following their succesful tour of Australia last week. Fans in Thredbo, Sydney, Orange, Tamworth, Toowoomba and Brisbane responded fantastically to the band's performances.

Each night fans where so blown away Doc Walker’s set that they flocked to the merchandise desk to buy Doc Walker albums – contributing significantly to their #12 debut spot on the ARIA Country sales chart last weekend for their new album Go.

New HitCountry.TV channel host Jasmine Rae spoke with the group during the CMC Rocks The Snowys festival about their Australian trip and the new album.

US singer/songwriter Phil Vassar caught up with HitCountry.TV host Jasmine Rae prior to his only ever Australian performance (so far) at the 2010 CMC Rocks The Snowys festival.

Vassar's set was one of the highlights of the festival and you can see highlights during CMC's upcoming easter weekend festtval special, hosted by Steve Forde.  

Phil Vasar's hits include 'Carlene', 'I'll Take That As A Yes (The Hot Tub Song)', 'Just Another Day In Paradise' and 'That's When I Love You'. He's also written hits for some of the biggest names in country music, including Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw and Alan Jaskson.
