Long serving 2SM Supernetwork radio breakfast personality Grant Goldman has won a prestigious international award.
The US Country Music Association has announced he is the 2010 recipient of the International Broadcaster of the Year award. The award is given out every year by the USA Country Music Association and is judged by board members from around the world.
Australians have fared well in this category over the years with previous winners including John Laws, Ray Hadley, Trevor Smith, Ian Holland and Nick Erby.
The award was presented on-air this morning by Jasmine Rae and her manager Rob Potts, the Australian representative of the Country Music Association.
Jasmine Rae, who is about to tour with Lee Kernaghan, has released 'Can't A Girl Change Her Mind', the fourth music video from her ARIA nominated debut album Look It Up. This video will appear on a new CD & DVD Deluxe Edition of the album which is released on February 5.

The 2009 ARIA Awards nominations have been announced and the nominees in the BEST COUNTRY ALBUM category are;

* Keith Urban - Defying Gravity
* Felciity Urquhart - Landing Lights
* Shane Nicholson - Familar Ghosts
* Troy Cassar Daley - I Love This Place
Shane Nicholson won the award last year with wife Kasey Chambers for their album, Rattlin Bones, while Keith Urban won the award in 2007 and Troy Cassar-Daley in 2006.
For Jasmine Rae, it's her first ARIA Award nomination with her ARIA #5 debuting album, Look It Up. It's also the first nomination for Felicity Urquhart, whose album Landling Lights has been critically aclaimed.
ABC Digital Radio was launched this week, with ABC Country one of the new stations launched.
Jasmine Rae performed at the media launch at the Cruise Bar in Sydney on Wednesday, along with Sarah Blasko and Paul Grabowsky.

‘Pink Guitar’ is the hot new single from Jasmine Rae.
It's the third single from her debut album, Look It Up. The single was selected by fans, following a Myspace poll in late 2008.
Accompanying Jasmine Rae’s powerful vocals are a premier group of local and international musicians including American electric guitar supremo Brent Mason and Australia’s Mick Albeck on fiddle.
Brooks & Dunn’sbacking singers Kim Parent and Trez also contribute backing vocals on the song.
The music video for ‘Pink Guitar’ is stylistically similar to the blockbuster Frank Millar feature film Sin City (released in 2005) staring Jessica Alba and Mickey Rourke.
It was produced by Conti Bros Films, who produced the Tropfest winning short film Marry Me. After its win, Marry Me went on to receive more than one million views on YouTube in just it’s first week on the site.
Jasmine will perform at the Steve Waugh Foundation’s Forever Green Dinner at the Hordern Pavilion and will then perform shows in Melbourne with Canadian roots Artist of the Year Corb Lund, shows in Queensland and Sydney with US acts Joe Nichols and Deana Carter and then the big one…. opening for Brooks & Dunn in Perth and Brisbane in May!
