The McClymonts & McAlister Kemp Score Sensational Debuts

The McClymonts have scored one of the best chart results for a country act in a long time, with their new album Wrapped Up Good debuting at #2 on the ARIA Album sales charts (all genres). Only Susan Boyle, who has the highest selling album for many years in Australia, stopped them from hitting the #1 spot.

Following the result, the girls thanked their fans via their facebook page saying, "Thank you to everyone who went out and bought the new record, you have made us reach this huge feat and we appreciate all the support you have shown us. We Love you!!"

Meanwhile, McAlister Kemp have debuted at #8 on the ARIA Country Chart and #18 on the ARIA Australian Albums chart (all genres) with there debut albums, All Kinds Of Tough.

The new duo only released their debut single at the end of November last year and the result suggests they have a big future in country music.
